The factory behind the nails
We are a press-on nail manufacturer based in Yiwu, Zhejiang — the same city that supplies much of the world's small-format consumer goods. Our 8,000 m² facility covers production, printing, hand detailing, quality control and warehousing, run by a team of 120 people.
Where we are
Yiwu sits inside one of China's densest manufacturing and export clusters. Raw materials, packaging and freight are all within reach, which is why we can hold stock, move quickly on samples and keep landed cost predictable for our customers.
What we do
We develop and produce press-on nails for brands, salons, distributors and marketplace sellers. Today that means 3,000+ designs in our library, OEM and ODM programmes, and private label packaging — shipping to more than 30 countries, led by the US, UK, Germany and France.
Why we keep every step in-house
Outsourcing is cheaper on paper and more expensive in practice. When molding, printing and packing live in different workshops, nobody owns the defect and every delay compounds. Keeping all six steps in-house is how we protect lead times and consistency on repeat orders.

01 Design & Sampling
Reference in, production-ready sample out. Shapes, lengths, colours and finishes are locked before mass production starts.
02 Injection Molding
Our own molding line sets the curve, thickness and tip strength of every nail — the foundation of a comfortable, durable wear.
03 UV & AI Digital Printing
High-precision colour reproduction at scale. AI-assisted digital printing keeps gradients, French tips and fine line art identical across the run.
04 Hand Detailing
Skilled artisans hand-paint, set rhinestones and finish each set — the step machines still cannot replicate.
05 Quality Control
Every set hand-inspected before packing: shape, colour, adhesion of charms, sizing accuracy.
06 Packing & Warehouse
Printed boxes, inserts and retail-ready packing done on site, then held in our warehouse for fast, repeatable dispatch.
